HAARP Weather Weapon Perfected, Facilities Temporarily Shut Down
Anchorage, Alaska — With the Alaskan HAARP facilities closed, suspected atmospheric researchers and scientists perfected a super weather machine. HAARP, standing for High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program, temporarily closed in May 2013, awaiting a change of contractors. The research program jointly funded by the U.S. Air Force, the U.S. Navy, the University of Alaska and the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA).
Originally built to hone the ionosphere for enhancement technology for radio communications and surveillance, the HAARP program housed may conspiracies. Conspiracy theorists theorize the HAARP program behind many refined weather disasters, such as Hurricane Katrina, Indian Ocean Tsunami of 2004, the Haitian Earthquake of 2010 and Hurricane Sandy. Many of these storms form by the Ionospheric Research Instrument, also known as the IRN, a high power, high-frequency phased array radio transmitter with a set of 180 antennas. The instrument suspected of generating weather patterns in the ionosphere.
The supposed “super weather machine” combines much of the research conducted at the station for the past twenty years. The closing came to a surprise as many people in the conspiracy theory community, as many wondered what the true motive behind the temporary shut down was. To many, the closing of the HAARP program signals a secret transfer of weaponry to the military used if war, conspiracy theorists believe. If this is true, suggesting a widespread war with disastrous consequences. “With the advancement in military technology, it’s possible by 2025, a superior weather weapon will control the atmosphere against countries.”
Despite concerns from many truth seekers a super and highly advanced weather weapon created. Many conspiracy theorist suppose the weather weapon appropiated at the HAARP program is an updated device known as the electro-mechanical oscillator, a steam-powered electric generator patented by the inventor Nikola Tesla. Conspiracy theorists and truth seekers believe the machine powered by the earth’s atmosphere. This device, combined with the IRN, to create a “double loop frequency” will impact both seismic waves in the ground and ionosphere patterns in the air simultaneously. This “double loop frequency” is dangerous, because unlike the IRN which effects just the ionosphere and the electro-mechanical oscillator which effects just seismic waves, the updated device both by “feeding off of the energy of both sources”.
The HAARP program reopens its doors for further research late winter 2014.
